The Finn Wolf is a collaborative camp knife designed between maker Andrew Demko and Cold Steel President Lynn Thompson. The goal was to create an outdoors/camp folder experience that was tough, crazy sharp and easily re-sharpened in the field. The finished product exemplifies that goal and is now in the hands of many outdoorsmen throughout the world. This one comes in Blue. The Blade: Based off a classic Finnish Pukko, the blade features a thick stock with piercing drop point profile and a keen zero ground edge. Its plain edge is excellent for slicing, skinning, batoning and so much more. The Finn Wolf opens ambidextrously via dual thumb studs and locks up solid using the famous Tri-Ad back locking mechanism. The satin polished Japanese AUS8A steel can be brought back to factory sharpness in a flash with a few swipes on a leather strop or stone you may have handy around camp. The Handle: Built using Cold Steel's nylon based Griv-Ex material with comfortable ergonomics and light texturing. It should feel right at-home in most hands. This version features a cool Blue coloring for easy spotting in the field. To make this model truly lefty and righty friendly it comes with an attached reversible pocket clip for tip up carry.
